The Board of Directors meets once a month, usually the fourth Tuesday, starting at 5:45 p.m., and usually at the Cole County Special Services (CCSS) Administration Building, 1908 Boggs Creek Road, Jefferson City, MO 65101, telephone 573-634-4555.
