Tanner Bridge Group Home

Built in 1987, Tanner Bridge is a three‑story Individualized Supported Living (ISL) residence with private bedrooms on all levels and shared common areas. CCRSI provides 24/7 health and safety support, transportation, and individualized programming. The residence is staffed with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who support individuals with medically intensive needs.
